At Furniture City, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure all items are disassembled and placed in their original packaging; for large furniture pieces, our specialized team will schedule a curbside collection window.

  Inspection and Transit

  Once collected, our warehouse team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our quality standards for resale and process it into our inventory system.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After a successful inspection, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
